That wild green parrots live in London's Hyde Park. They are so beautiful and colourful. First I did not believe what I saw -Green birds were flying around and made weird sounds. When they settled on this tree I got this shot of one of the three parrots. There is just so much to discover in London and you wouldn't think you see tropical parrots, would you?

Fall is here

It's official - fall has arrived. With the last days of summer being over and christmas almost here it is time for fall. Have a look at this beauty. I totally prefer summer over fall but this is simply stunning and full of colours.

What to do on a sunny day?

My answer is go to Hyde Park and relax or rent a boat and paddle around the Serpentine Lake. There is nothing more beautiful than a lovely sunny fall day at Hyde Park. You'll see what I mean by checking out the following pictures...

OUTDOOR : Flower Power im Regent's Park, London

Es ist Sommer! Das heißt - Blumen sind auf ihrem Höhepunkt der Blütezeit. Lilien, Rosen und Co. blühen in den sattesten Farben. Besonders im wundervoll angelegten Regent's Park kann man die Blumenvielfalt bestaunen.

EISCREME.... Viel Eiscreme. Es ist heute so warm, dass man zerfließt. Schwül ist es dazu auch noch. Ich bin froh, dass ich Mr. Whippy im Hyde Park gefunden habe. Der süße Eistruck steht hier in den Sommermonaten und versorgt die Parkbesucher mit kühlem Softeis. Eis geht ja eigentlich immer, doch bei der Hitze heute war das Eis wie eine Erlösung und hat die perfekte Abkühlung geliefert. Thanks Mr. Whippy...
