It is the first Monday in 2015 and I am starting it with french pastries. A crispy fluffy croissant helps me through days like this. It is Monday and nobody likes it. For most of the people who are working it is the first working day of the new year. Hopefully this monday started off great like mine with these lovely croissants that I bought on the Marylebone Farmers Market yesterday.
Can you imagine starting your day with this delicious sweet treat? You don't even have to worry about calories because it consists of Vanilla Yoghurt, fresh Raspberries and only a little tiny bit of grated White Chocolate - just as a topping.
