Christian Louboutin Beauté

The Red Soles are iconic! And what is better than having the same red on your fingers as a nail polish. I could not think of something more tempting. Christian Louboutin should have thought about it earlier. Well I am glad he launched his beauté collection with these lovely nail polishes. The signature red is just amazing and I also managed to get my hands on a nude tone ( which are the most popular shades, as I was told ) They are so beautiful and the design of the nail polish itself is divine. This probably justifies the price and makes up for the little fortune I spend for these two nail polishes. This is actually by far the most I have ever spent on beauty products in my whole life. But it is kind of worth it - because it is not only a beauty product it is a design object and collectors piece. That's what I told myself when I bought it.

Do we like matching Shoes and Nails?

The answer is YES - we do or at least I do! The only problem is that the Nail Polish by Christian Louboutin is sold out everywhere. It is more like a decoration in the shops because if you lift one up and look for the name it only says : SOLD OUT. I was very disappointed that I did not even get one colour after being in three Boutiques but in the end I was successful after all (in the forth store). I will reveal what colours I got after "Nikolaus". So stay tuned.

SHOE HEAVEN - der Schuhhimmel bei Harrods

Ja, bei Harrods geht es darum viel Geld ausgeben, es ist ja schließlich ein Kaufhaus. Doch dort macht es wenigstens Spaß und das Einkaufen wird zum Erlebnis. Mit ihrem neu eröffneten Shoe Heaven im fünften Stock bringen sie Frauen dem Himmel etwas näher.

Nein Monsieur Louboutin "spinnt" nicht, er ist ein Genie. Nicht nur seine Schuhe stechen heraus mit roter Sohle und Extravaganz, sondern auch seine Schaufenster sind ein Eyecatcher.

ART & OUTDOOR : Berkeley Square Gardens, London

London ist laut, voll und versmogt. Naja, das ist etwas zu negativ ausgedrückt, doch wenn man Ruhe braucht und abschalten will ist so ein Square etwas ganz Feines.
