Sorry Berlin Lovers, but after a week in Berlin, I am so happy to be back in London. I missed London so much especially since everything is so christmassy and pretty. And I missed my cute little shops and cafés that I visit regularly. Angres de Sucre is one of them. I absolutely love the macarons and other sweets they have in their Kensington shop.
The Brits love their afternoon tea, but what everyone loves even more is a fashionable high tea which you can find at the Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge. Usually they have designer runway inspired cakes and sweets which they change depending on the fashion seasons spring summer or fall winter. But currently the luxurious shoe brand Jimmy Choo collaborates with the Knightsbridge based Hotel. So get your iphones and hashtag #tea4choo and #sweettooth.

London is a shopping paradies, that's for sure. You can spend your money pretty quick, but also in a very stylish way. Buying flowers at Liberty, white Asparagus and truffles at Harrods Food Hall, Marriage Frères Tea at Selfridges, Korres Jasmine Body Lotion at Harvey Nichols or a luxury picnic basket at Fortnum & Mason. Theses five major department stores have a lot to offer and their concepts are quite different and unique. Nach einem stressigen Tag braucht man einfach eine Aufheiterung. Natürlich kommt es darauf an, in welcher Stimmung ich bin und auf was ich gerade Lust habe. Heute hat nur Kuchen geholfen, genauer dieser Schokoladenkuchen mit Haselnüssen von Ottolenghi. Danach ging es mir schon viel besser und ich konnte mich entspannen sowie den Tag in Ruhe reflektieren. Heute stelle ich euch das süße Lädchen "The Biscuiteers" vor. Es liegt auf der Kensington Park Road, der Parallelstraße der Portobello Road und damit mitten im Herzen von Notting Hill. Hier gibt es Kekse, sonst nichts. Doch es sind die schönsten Kekse, die ich je gesehen habe. Die kleinen Kunstwerke sind fast zu schön zum Essen, da sie so schön verziert sind.
